Exhibitor Benefit: “Meet the Exhibitors” Feature in Special Events I issue of Card Manufacturing Magazine

As a benefit for those companies exhibiting at our EXPO in April, ICMA will do a “Meet the Exhibitors” feature in the Special Events I issue of Card Manufacturing magazine. This editorial feature will list all exhibiting companies (at press time), including your logo, with a 100-word description of the products or services your company provides to the card manufacturing and personalization industry. Networking: Speed Networing with the Exhibitors

Monday, March 30, 3:45-5:00pm

Exhibitors will have an opportunity for one-on-one introductions with manufacturers and personalizers on Monday afternoon. Meet new contacts in an organized networking exchange where you will have a chance to be face to face with many potential customers. This networking session is restricted to exhibitors, manufacturers and personalizers only.

Supplier and Personalization Categories for the 2015 Élan Awards

Do you have a new product, service or innovation that you are displaying at your booth? The Elan Awards has a category for the suppliers to our industry.

Supplier Category and Criteria
Best Supplier/Vendor New Product, Service or Innovation – Associate members nominate your own new product, service or innovation that was utilized in the card industry this year.

Supplier Judging Criteria
The application of science, knowledge, tools and methods in the development and creation of the new product, equipment or material. Must have useful, workable and sensible attributes which facilitate market use and acceptance.

Personalization & Fulfillment (P&F) Category and Criteria
Best P&F New Product, Service or Project – P&F bureaus nominate your own new product, service or project that was launched into the card market this year.

P&F Judging Criteria
The application of science, engineering, knowledge, tools and methods in the development and creation of the new product, service or innovation. Must have useful, workable and sensible attributes which facilitate market use and acceptance.

The awards are open to current 2015 ICMA members only. Deadline for entries is March 6. The Entry Form is located online for all submissions. All entries must be filled out and payments submitted via this online form. There is an entry fee of US $125 per entry (credit card or check only). Exhibit Description

Each 8’ x 10’ (approximately 2.4m x 3m) booth comes with an ID sign and will also include a skirted 6 foot table and 2 chairs. Booth will be set with an 8’ high blue and white back drape and 3’ blue and white side drape dividers. Please note end booths will have no end wall. The exhibit area is in a multi-color carpeted ballroom. So please note you do not need to order additional carpeting.

Register Your Exhibit Staff for the EXPO

You must register all staff by February 13.

It is very important that all registrations be done using this process, and that there is one main contact from your company that is responsible for registering all of your company’s EXPO attendees.

To register your staff:

1. Click this link to register and return form to Diane Webster-Sweeney

2. Register all attendees using this form. There are several questions on this form to be answered by your exhibit staff.

Please inform your staff that they should not register on their own. Your staff should also be made aware that they should not register through the Attendee registration link as they will be charged the full fee.

We request all exhibitors use this form.

You will receive a confirmation email when ICMA Headquarters has registered your booth staff. As a reminder, for each exhibit space, you receive two full complimentary registrations, and additionally, you receive 25% off all additional registrations (excluding spouses). These exhibitor registrations also include the dinner, so the only reason to purchase additional dinner tickets would be if you are bringing an unregistered guest.

Exhibitor Services Kit

Furniture, electric and shipping and other ordering information GES Exhibit Manual – an important document with many details about the show including shipping, electric and AV orders. PLEASE NOTE: The booths are 8′ x 10′ (approximately 2.4m x 3m)

The GES Manual contains the furniture catalog and order forms, as well as shipping / material handling information. Otherwise PDF forms are available to place orders. GES will be contacting you directly with the link to order online. Or you can click here.

Please note the discount deadline for orders with GES is deadline is March 9.

GES will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials February 24 – March 25. Material arriving after March 25 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to showsite shipments will not be accepted at the Arizona Grand Resort. Arizona Grand Resort does not have the capabilities to receive nor have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Arizona Grand Resort will be consigned to GES and you will be billed higher material handling charges by GES and a 30% ($50.00 minimum) surcharge will apply. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Arizona Grand Resort for any items sent directly to the Arizona Grand Resort.

On Site Program Book

As an exhibitor, you can include a listing of the products your company supplies in the Program Book. This listing will be distributed to all attendees on site at the exhibition. Please list the products EXACTLY as you would want them shown. You must limit your list to 8 products or product categories (i.e. Inks, Lamination Plates, Personalization software, etc). Please e-mail your listing text to DWebster@icma.com before Monday, March 2, to ensure your company’s inclusion and expedite the printing of the book.
