ICMA has produced a training webinar for card issuers — a tutorial on the manufacturing and personalization of cards to support an issuer’s knowledge base for card procurement.

How is this a tool for our member manufacturers? 

We are making this online training available only to ICMA members, who will be given a password they can provide to their select issuer clients for their VIP access. This gives our manufacturer members a value-added service they can pass along to clients, making you look like a star!

Card Basics for Card Issuers offers:

• A one-hour training webinar on how the cards that issuers are procuring and issuing are manufactured.
• Free to ICMA member companies to provide or present to their issuer customers during client meetings or consultations.
• As a password-protected video, to control access, issuers will have one week to use the designated password before it changes. ICMA members will always have access to the current password when requested.

This is a great tool for ICMA’s manufacturer, personalizer and issuer members to share with their issuer customers to educate them on the processes and procedures card manufacturers use to make the cards they issue.
