Executive Director’s Message: In almost 30 years of existence, the ICMA has grown from five to over
200 members — and membership is increasing at a greater rate each year. Managing growth of
this magnitude is the job of the dedicated ICMA Team, part of the Association Services Group at
Creative Marketing Alliance. With responsibilities ranging from processing membership
applications, planning conferences, creating magazines, placing public relations stories,
recruiting new members and a myriad of other association services, the following individuals are
the glue that keep the ICMA cohesive.
