CompoSecure Appoints Mary Holt as Chief Financial Officer  

CompoSecure Inc. has appointed Mary Holt as chief financial officer, succeeding Tim Fitzsimmons upon the filing of the company’s Q3 2025 report. Holt will oversee all financial operations, including planning, reporting, treasury, compliance and investor relations, reporting directly to CEO Jon Wilk. With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience—most recently at Warren Equity Partners and previously at Honeywell, Pfizer and Arthur Andersen—Holt brings deep expertise in corporate finance and operational strategy. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University. Wilk praised her strong financial acumen and strategic vision, emphasizing her role in driving CompoSecure’s growth, operational performance and M&A strategy. Holt expressed enthusiasm for joining the company during a pivotal growth phase, while Fitzsimmons will remain in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition.

Infineon Appoints Chief Operations Officer  

Dr. Rutger Wijburg, chief operations officer and management board member of Infineon Technologies AG, retired after leading significant advancements in the company’s global manufacturing network. The Supervisory Board has appointed Alexander Gorski, formerly executive vice president and head of frontend operations, as his successor for a three-year term. With a long career at Infineon and extensive experience in operations, supply chain and manufacturing leadership, Gorski is recognized as an ideal internal successor. Company leaders, including Chairman Dr. Herbert Diess and CEO Jochen Hanebeck, praised Wijburg’s impactful tenure and expressed confidence in Gorski’s ability to further strengthen Infineon’s operational excellence.

Mastercard Welcomes Chief Marketing and Communications Officer; Raja Rajamannar Transitions to Senior Fellow Role  

Mastercard announced that Jill Kramer is its new chief marketing and communications officer, succeeding Raja Rajamannar, who will continue as a senior fellow. CEO Michael Miebach praised Rajamannar’s transformative leadership and welcomed Kramer’s global marketing expertise and vision. Kramer previously served as Accenture’s CMO, where she helped nearly double the company’s brand value, and has held senior roles at BBDO and DDB, leading campaigns for major brands like AT&T and ExxonMobil. Monadnock Paper Mills Appoints Andrew Manns as CEO  

Monadnock Paper Mills Inc., the oldest continuously operating paper mill in the U.S., has appointed Andrew Manns as CEO following a planned leadership transition initiated by the late Richard G.
