The International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA) is the leading global card association for card manufacturers and personalizers supported by suppliers and other industry participants. CMA Association Management (CMA), is the company that manages membership, governance, financial oversight, and marketing for professional associations across the globe. CMA is committed to providing the highest level of customer service for associations, meeting the highest nonprofit management standards and is accredited by the AMC Institute (AMCI).
CMA collects and manages data on behalf of ICMA. This data includes member names, contact information (email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses), job title, company name, and membership status. This data is collected to facilitate the business of the association—e.g. maintaining membership lists, processing membership renewals, hosting conferences, member communications, providing continuing educational opportunities for members and more.
Payment information, such as credit card numbers, (e.g. for an association membership or events) is not stored by CMA and is promptly deleted after the transaction completes.
ICMA/CMA does not sell data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose. CMA will only distribute your personal information with your prior consent or when it is legally required by applicable authorities.
Data is stored on secure servers and may be deleted at any time, per an association member’s request. In the event of a data breach, CMA will inform impacted parties within 72 hours.
