Monadnock Paper Mills Welcomes Director, Strategic Business Development  

Monadnock Paper Mills has appointed Molly Rosenthal as director of strategic business development. Rosenthal brings nearly 20 years of business development and sales experience, with strengths in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, shaping brand narratives and aligning cross-functional teams. Most recently, she served as VP of marketing & business development at Kirkwood, where she elevated brand visibility, launched high-impact campaigns and opened new revenue channels across life sciences, luxury and consumer goods. Previously, she was national accounts manager (Northeast) at Mohawk Paper, building major relationships in luxury, design and commercial print and helping expand Mohawk’s footprint in digital print. She is based in Queensbury, New York, and holds a liberal arts degree from De Anza College.
