CPI Names Terra Grantham as Chief Financial Officer

CPI has appointed Terra Grantham as chief financial officer (CFO) after she served as interim CFO since February 2026. Grantham brings more than 20 years of finance and strategy experience and has held several leadership roles since joining CPI in 2017. She has played a key role in CPI’s transformation into a digitally enabled payments company, overseeing strategic planning, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and growth initiatives. As CFO, Grantham will help guide CPI’s financial performance and strategy as the company expands its physical and digital payment credential solutions.

Anne Markle Joins IDEMIA Secure Transactions as SVP for North America

Anne Markle has joined IDEMIA Secure Transactions (IST) as senior vice president for North America, based in Chantilly, Virginia. Markle, who formerly worked for Fiserv, will lead the North American IST team in strengthening its payment services business across cards, personalization and digital solutions.

In announcing the move, Markle said she is eager to bring her industry passion, client-focused approach, transformation leadership experience and people-first mindset to the role. She also emphasized the opportunity to support enhanced customer experience, collaboration and innovation across IDEMIA’s North American payment services operations.
