As the epicenter of the global card industry, the International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA) connects card manufacturers, personalizers, issuers, suppliers and innovators from around the world. One of the ways ICMA extends those connections throughout the year is through its Public Member Directory, an increasingly valuable resource for both members and industry professionals.

More than a listing of member companies, the directory helps buyers, suppliers and other professionals identify trusted organizations across the global card ecosystem. Visitors can explore member capabilities, products and services and connect directly with companies that may meet their business needs.

Directory Engagement Continues to Grow

Website analytics demonstrate that more industry professionals are discovering and using the directory. From January through July 2026, the ICMA Public Member Directory generated more than 10,000 page views, nearly 6,700 website sessions and almost 1,500 clicks to member profiles and related resources.

The year-over-year growth is equally notable. Comparing the first half of 2026 with the same period in 2025, directory page views increased 20%, while both active users and website sessions increased 53%.

The results reinforce the directory’s role as a year-round visibility tool for ICMA members. While conferences and networking events create valuable opportunities to connect in person, the directory keeps member companies accessible to potential customers, partners and industry peers 365 days a year.

Each member profile provides an opportunity to showcase a company’s expertise and capabilities to a global industry audience. A complete and current listing can help visitors quickly understand what an organization offers, explore its products and services and connect through its website.

During the January through June 2026 reporting period, companies receiving some of the highest numbers of profile views included ABCorp CA Ltd., Advanced Card Systems and Solutions Inc., Arroweye Solutions, Caxton Mark Inc., CPI Card Group, Eastcompeace Technology Co. Ltd., Engineered Specialty Materials LLC, EVRY Card Services BU Personalisation, Klockner Pentaplast of America Inc., Madras Security Printers Pvt. As directory engagement continues to grow, ICMA members have an expanding opportunity to increase their visibility, showcase their expertise and build new connections throughout the global card ecosystem.
