The Small Business Marketplace offers emerging companies in the card manufacturing sector a unique opportunity to participate in the ICMA EXPO. This program is open to businesses operating for fewer than three years that have never previously exhibited at the EXPO. Located within the main EXPO Hall, the Marketplace features six tabletop display spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

EXPO Booth Cancellation. In the event that the Exhibitor cancels all of the Exhibit Space contracted for hereunder, the following provisions shall apply:

  1. Full refund: If written notice of cancellation is received on or before January 16, 2027 (120 days prior to the opening date of the show), the Exhibitor will receive a full refund.
  2. 25% cancellation fee: If written notice of cancellation is received from January 17, 2027 through March 17, 2027 (60–119 days prior to the opening date of the show), the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cancelled Exhibit Space rental fee.
  3. 100% cancellation fee: If written notice of cancellation is received on or after March 18, 2027 (fewer than 60 days prior to the opening date of the show), the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cancelled Exhibit Space rental fee.
  4. If the Exhibitor does not make full payment when due under the terms of this contract, ICMA may terminate this contract, and the Exhibitor shall be responsible for payment to ICMA of all amounts that would have been due under the terms above as if the Exhibitor had cancelled this contract as of the date of such default.
