Exhibitor Registration & Booth Selection
Step 1 – Register Your Exhibit Space
Select a Single Booth (10' x 10') or Double Booth (10' x 20') and complete your registration. An invoice will be generated under the individual completing the registration. To ensure accurate member or nonmember pricing, please contact ICMA Headquarters in advance to verify your company affiliation and membership status. Booth preferences are not required during initial registration.
Step 2 – Submit Your Booth Preferences
After you complete your registration, the primary exhibitor contact will receive an email with instructions to submit company information, booth staff details, and your top three preferred booth locations.

Exhibitor Payment Policy
Early Bird and Regular exhibitor fees must be paid in full by April 30, 2027 to secure your assigned booth location. Booth locations are not guaranteed until payment is received in full. Exhibitors with an outstanding balance after April 30 may have their booth reassigned or relocated at ICMA’s discretion. To qualify for the member exhibitor rate, 2027 ICMA membership dues must be paid in full by December 31, 2026. If membership is not current, the nonmember exhibitor rate will apply.
Exhibitor Booth Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Exhibitor cancels all of the Exhibit Space contracted for hereunder, the following provisions shall apply:
- Full refund: If written notice of cancellation is received on or before January 16, 2027 (120 days prior to the opening date of the show), the Exhibitor will receive a full refund.
- 25% cancellation fee: If written notice of cancellation is received from January 17, 2027 through March 17, 2027 (60–119 days prior to the opening date of the show), the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cancelled Exhibit Space rental fee.
- 100% cancellation fee: If written notice of cancellation is received on or after March 18, 2027 (fewer than 60 days prior to the opening date of the show), the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cancelled Exhibit Space rental fee.
- If the Exhibitor does not make full payment when due under the terms of this contract, ICMA may terminate this contract, and the Exhibitor shall be responsible for payment to ICMA of all amounts that would have been due under the terms above as if the Exhibitor had cancelled this contract as of the date of such default.
