2026 EXPO Hotel: Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® Room Block reservation cut-off date is March 27, 2025
The ICMA EXPO will be held in Orlando Florida at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®, 6677 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL, 32821, (407) 351-5555.
With four dining outlets including a sports bar and a wine & tapas bar in the main hotel lobby, the Renaissance is a great location for networking when not in EXPO events. There is also a pool bar & grill open during designated hours.
ICMA EXPO Group Rate: $239 plus $25 nightly Resort Fee
This fee will cover several amenities which at this time include:
- Daily Enhanced Wireless Internet In Guest Room
- One Time Welcome Resort Beverage, two coupons per room, per stay (Beer/Wine)
- Daily Basic Wireless Internet In Convention & Meeting Space
Why Your Hotel Choice Matters
We encourage all attendees to book within the official conference hotel block to help keep our community connected and fully engaged throughout the event. Staying at the host hotel makes it easy to meet up with colleagues, participate in spontaneous conversations, and enjoy the full conference experience. It also plays an important role in helping the association meet its hotel commitments - avoiding costly penalties and allowing us to keep registration fees and program costs manageable to everyone. **ICMA Attendees and Exhibitors:
Beware of solicitation from unauthorized hotels and housing agencies. Attendees and exhibitors may be subjected to inappropriate solicitation identifying themselves from hotels or third-party housing agencies not affiliated with ICMA.
Specifically, they will offer to make hotel reservations within the Associations room block on your behalf, and some will also mis-represent that they are calling from the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®.
ICMA is NOT utilizing the services of any housing service for the 2026 EXPO.
Reservations for ICMA should be made directly with the hotel, either by phone or via our web reservation system. When calling the hotel, identify yourself as an attendee of the ICMA EXPO to receive the discounted rate. If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.
