Currently the Hilton Tampa Downtown does not provide an airport shuttle from the Tampa International Airport.

Or travel from Orlando to Tampa the most efficient and common option is driving which takes roughly 1.5 hours to complete the 84-mile trip.

ICMA EXPO Group Rates at the Hilton Tampa Downtown

Single / Double Rate $249.00 ++
The deadline to receive the group rate is April 24, 2027

Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM

For those attendees that book a room in the official Room Block over the event dates, quoted group room rates will be offered to Group’s attendees, based on contracted room type and rate availability, 3 days before and 3 days after the above official Event dates.

Daily Destination Fee:

Please note that the group room rate does not include the hotel's optional Destination Fee. Guests who choose to participate may add the Destination Fee at check-in. The fee is currently $35 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes, ,and includes access to a variety of hotel amenities, services, and guest benefits. Available offerings are subject to change by the hotel without notice.

Parking at the hotel:

Self-parking is not available.
The Hilton does not own any parking lots in Tampa. Parking is handled by PMC.
Overnight valet parking is currently $55.00 with “in and out” privileges.
Daily valet parking is currently $34.00 - $37.00
Valet parking lot is based upon availability. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Airport Shuttle:

Currently the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle from the Tampa International Airport.

**ICMA Attendees and Exhibitors:

Beware of solicitation from unauthorized hotels and housing agencies. Attendees and exhibitors may be subjected to inappropriate solicitation identifying themselves from hotels or third-party housing agencies not affiliated with ICMA.

Specifically, they will offer to make hotel reservations within the Associations room block on your behalf, and some will also mis-represent that they are calling from the Hilton Tampa Downtown or the association headquarters.

ICMA is NOT utilizing the services of any housing service for the 2027 EXPO.

Reservations for ICMA should be made directly with the hotel, either by phone or via our web reservation system. When calling the hotel, identify yourself as an attendee of the ICMA EXPO to receive the discounted rate. If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.
