If part of a group of five or more from the same organization, please use this form to apply for a group discount of $224 USD per attendee. Upon submitting, your application will be reviewed and if approved you will be sent a final order with payment instructions to complete your registration. This form should only be used to register as a group for planned open training sessions. If you would like to request a private training session (available for groups of 10 or more), please email info@icma.com to schedule a date.
Payment Terms: Upon approval of this application, the primary contact listed will receive an invoice and payment instructions. Payment must be made in full at least 14 days in advance of the event date to hold your registration. Meeting details to participate will be shared upon completing payment.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@icma.com. There is a $25 cancellation processing fee per registered attendee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received fewer than 14 days in advance of the scheduled event.
Substitution Policy: There is no additional cost for making a registration substitution or rescheduling to attend a different training date. All substitutions and rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to info@icma.com and received at least 14 calendar days in advance of the scheduled event.
Discount Terms: If cancellations result in four or fewer total registrations, the group discount would no longer be valid and additional registration fees of $25 per attendee would be required.
