ICMA Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing by April 11, 2025. Cancellations received by this date are eligible for a refund, less $100.00 USD, on the ICMA EXPO Registration fee only. There are no refunds for cancellations received after this date; this includes cancellations that occur due to weather or other day-of air travel delays or cancellations as it is understood that ICMA has already included you in counts for food and beverage and other arrangements and is therefore responsible for all costs related to your attendance.
