For the 2024 CardTREX event, since the meetings are being held at the Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG facility, attendees can make their own decisions on overnight accommodations.

Important: ICMA is arranging a bus to transport attendees to the Heidelberger facility from Heidelberg city center each morning and return at the end of the day’s events. The bus will pick up and drop off at the Hilton Heidelberg. If you are not staying at the Hilton, we suggest you select a hotel within walking distance of the Hilton so that you can join us for the group transfer to the meetings each day.

We suggest the following hotels which are all within a 5-minute walk of the Hilton where bus pick-ups will be.

Additionally, evening networking opportunities will be held each evening in the city center within walking distance of the hotels listed above.
