Registration Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing by 15 September, 2026.
Cancellations received by this date are eligible for a 50% refund of the CardTREX registration fee. No refunds will be issued after 15 September 2026, including cancellations resulting from weather-related travel disruptions or airline delays, as ICMA will have committed to food, beverage and other conference expenses based on confirmed attendance.
